Who are your classes for?

Our classes are for anyone who wants to get a great, full-body workout. Our method is performance enhancement, guaranteed to deliver a positive training experience that improves speed and strength of movement…YOU, only faster, stronger…better! Our doors are open to everyone; however, only those willing to leave it all on the mat will ultimately stay.

 

How long does each class last?

Primarily 60 minutes of push. We do offer a 45 minute Xpress on Tuesday’s and a 75 minute All Out on Saturday’s. Please take a moment after class and stretch.

 

I haven’t worked out in forever! Will I die?

Every exercise that we do in class, is scaled to the individual. We encourage working hard, but more importantly, we want you working SMART. We DO provide modifications…we want you comfortably uncomfortable. Check your ego at the door and remember, it’s your workout. It never gets easy, but it does get easier. You can scream, cry, and cuss…just stay in it! The human body is capable of more than we typically give it credit for…challenge it!

 

Is everyone in the class already REALLY fit?

Endorphasm members are a very diverse group; they are in every stage of their fitness journey. Some have been working out for weeks, while others have been pushing for 20+ years. Some of them can handle extremely intense workouts; others are still easing their way into more difficult workouts. Endorphasm is an encouraging atmosphere, there is no need to feel self-conscious or embarrassed about where you might be in your fitness journey. Our program is inclusive and adaptive. Our coaches expertly modify exercises, scale weight loads and demonstrate alternative moves that vary in intensity, providing everyone a challenging yet attainable experience.

 

Are you guys the same as CrossFit?

No, we are not the same as CrossFit. Many of our exercises can be found in CrossFit workouts; however, many cannot. CrossFit is CrossFit…we are ENDORPHASM!

 

I just had ________ surgery. Can I still take your class?

Please always consult your Doctor to ensure that you are ready for any physical exercise. If you are, then you are a perfect candidate for our classes. As mentioned above, every exercise in class can and will be scaled to your ability.

 

How Many Calories Will I Burn?

Don’t ask me this ridiculous question ever. If you are here to manage calories because of a poor diet…work on your other 23 hours first…then come back when you’re actually interested in being stronger, healthier, more fit. Endorphasm is NOT a diet manager. The calories you burn are relative to your current fitness level, rate of exertion, weight, etc.
